Jilin Jixing Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001 as a privately-owned enterprise.
Located near Chang-Bai Highway and Ping-Jin Railway, the Group Company enjoys a good geographical position which is an ideal place for grain acquisition and transportation.Till the end of 2008, the Group Company, with registered capital of 10 million Yuan, has totally invested 220 million Yuan since the establishment. The Group Company now has four subsidiaries, namely Taonan Jixing Trade Jiaoliuhe Branch, Taonan Jixing Trade Co., Ltd., Taonan Jixing Dalian Branch, and Taonan Jixing Dairy Co., Ltd., and two depots, namely Taonan Jixing Depot No.1 and Taonan Jixing Depot No.2, covers a total area of 88,000 square meters and a storage capacity of 35,000 tons and is equipped with two corn drying towers producing more than 500 tons of corn daily.  The Group Company now has minor cereal and depot complete equipment and a hand selection workshop capable of holding 300 peoples. The Depot has 1,600 meters of double-track railway special lines for facilitating grains transportation.
Our corn, rice, minor cereals, mixed beans, etc. have been highly recognized worldwide. Especially, our beans such as mung beans, cowpea, kidney beans,small red bean jelly, buckwheat and other products are exported to countries and regions in Europe, Americas and Asia. We have established collaborative relationships with local companies in the United States, Canada, Britain, Belgium, Holland, Israel, Japan, South Korea and India. With the increase in export, the Group Company has made great contributions to national exportation for earning foreign exchange and achieved considerable economic profits at the same time. Furthermore the Group Company has made great effort for relieving the problem of employment and received certain social benefits.
The Group Company implements a general manager responsibility system under the guidance of the board of directors. Wang Xisheng, General Manager, was chosen as a representative of National People’s Congress of Baicheng City. Employing 80 people, the head office has six functional departments, that is the Administration Department, the Import and Export Department, the Business Department, the Storage Department, the Financial Department and the Chemical Laboratory.
Over the years, the Group Company has been adhering to a “responsibility-undertaking, credit-based, customer-first” business concept while implementing a development strategy of combining scientific progress and system innovation, which has brought desirable results for the Group Company.
The Group Company was honored with titles of “Credible & Law-abiding Privately-owned Enterprise” by the Provincial Government, “Contact-honoring Credit-keeping Unit” by the Provincial Bureau of Industry and Commerce, and “Provincial Industrialization Leading Enterprise” in 2008, and named national “ Industrial and Commercial Federation AAA Credit Enterprise” and provincial “AA Band Grade Enterprise”. Moreover, the Group Company passed certifications of “ISO9 Quality Management System” and “HACCP Management System”.
The business actives of the Group Company have been increased from the major international and national trade of grains into production, processing, storage, transportation, breeding and logistic toward a way of internalized and industrialized comprehensive trade.
